Alex Ross

Vice President of Patient Experience

Alex Ross joined American Pain Consortium in the fall of 2020, as APC’s first Vice President of Patient Experience. Prior to joining APC, Mr. Ross held several business operations roles, including three years of senior-level positions in healthcare management, most recently as the Director of Revenue Cycle for Maury Regional Health in Columbia, Tenn.

In his new Indianapolis-based role with APC, Mr. Ross travels between APC clinic locations to ensure the quality of the patient experience and identify opportunities for improvement.

Mr. Ross holds a Master in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of (Madison) Wisconsin, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences (Cum Laude) from Clemson (S.C.) University.
