Christina Mandabach

Regional Director of Clinic Operations

Christina Mandabach brings 30 years of healthcare industry experience to her role as Regional Director of Clinical Operations at American Pain Consortium, Center for Pain Management’s parent organization. She is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the scalable and compliant business and operational infrastructure that supports the fast-growing, multi-site organization and its staff. This includes accounting, technology, communication and data systems, processes, and partners.

Ms. Mandabach has worked at Center for Pain Management in business operations roles of increasing responsibility since 2005. During her tenure, she has spearheaded revenue cycle management, financial reporting, and numerous company-wide system rollouts, upgrades, and training to improve the organization’s billing, accounting, scheduling, insurance claims, EHR (electronic health records), internet, email, and telecommunication functions. Prior to joining Center for Pain Management, she served in a variety of business administration and consulting roles within large hospital physician groups, small medical practices, and large single-specialty practices throughout Indiana.
