​Dr. Edward Kowlowitz brings 30 years of experience as a practicing interventional pain medicine physician and ASC ownership and operations to his role as Chief Executive Officer of American Pain Consortium. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with added qualification in Pain Management as well as Board Certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. He is a leading expert in chronic pain and spinal cord stimulation therapies. Dr. Kowlowitz founded Center for Pain Management in 1993 to fully integrate rehab, mental health, imaging, lab and ASC-based procedures into one cohesive pain treatment program.
