Victoria (Tori) Frank brings extensive experience in business management, operations, and marketing to her role at APC. As a dedicated leader with a strong background in healthcare, aesthetics, and fitness, Tori is passionate about optimizing practice efficiency, fostering community relationships, and enhancing patient experiences.

Before joining the team, Tori served as a Business Manager at HerMD, where she oversaw hiring and onboarding, revenue and expense management, and operational efficiency. She also played a key role in business development, community outreach, and marketing strategies to support practice growth. Her previous roles at Renova Aesthetics and [solidcore] further refined her expertise in client relations, event planning, and brand development.

Tori earned her degree in Elementary and Special Education from Purdue University but quickly transitioned into leadership roles across multiple industries. With a keen eye for strategy and a talent for relationship-building, Tori is dedicated to driving success through innovation, collaboration, and exceptional service.
