Kimberly Benslay

Kimberly brings over 18 years of experience in healthcare operations and practice management. Her career has encompassed diverse roles in hospital settings, private practices, and specialty clinics. She has excelled in areas such as patient access, compliance, billing, scheduling, and process improvement.

She most recently served as Practice Manager at Hendricks Regional Health Hospital in Danville, IN, where she managed daily operations across five specialty practices, developed policies to improve patient satisfaction and care quality, and led staff recruitment and training efforts. Her earlier roles include leadership positions at Irvington Family Physicians, St. Vincent Northeast ER, and Lawrence Family Care and Pediatrics, where she gained expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care.

With a career rooted in improving patient experiences and streamlining healthcare operations, Kimberly is excited to join the team at Center for Pain and contribute to its mission of exceptional patient care.
