
Mariah brings a strong background in healthcare operations, leadership, and process improvement. With experience in both hospital and long-term care settings, she has successfully led teams, implemented strategic initiatives, and enhanced patient and staff experiences.
Most recently, Mariah served as a Business Operations Manager at Indiana University Health’s Emergency Department, where she streamlined staffing models, improved patient safety, and reduced nursing vacancy rates. She also played a key role in launching a virtual sitter pilot program and optimizing care processes to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.
Her leadership extends to skilled nursing and assisted living, where she managed large teams and facility operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, staff development, and budget optimization. Mariah is passionate about fostering professional growth, driving positive change, and enhancing healthcare delivery.
