Cynthia M. Snook joined Integrated Pain Solutions in 2024. With extensive experience in hospice, palliative care, and family nursing, Cynthia is committed to improving patient outcomes and enhancing their quality of life through compassionate and effective pain management.

Cynthia holds a national certification with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and advanced certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing (ACHPN). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the same institution. Cynthia is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the National Board for Certification of Hospice and Palliative Nurses (NBCHPN).

Before joining IPS, Cynthia worked as an Advanced Practice Nurse at Ohio’s Hospice, conducting Medicare-required face-to-face patient visits via telehealth and in various care settings. She provided education to both the nursing team and patients and their families regarding disease processes and treatment options. Cynthia also served at Innovative Care Solutions, LLC, a division of Ohio’s Hospice, as a Palliative Care consultant in acute care settings, addressing medical decision-making, advance care planning, and symptom management.

Cynthia's certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), and she is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Hospice and Palliative Nurse. With a passion for patient education and collaborative care, Cynthia aims to make a significant impact in the field of pain management and help her patients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
