Jessica Ridge is a compassionate and highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Center for Pain Management in 2025. With over a decade of diverse nursing experience, Jessica has built a reputation for delivering empathetic, patient-centered care in hospice, primary care, and long-term care settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Frontier Nursing University and began her nursing journey with an Associate of Science in Nursing from Ivy Tech Community College.

Throughout her career, Jessica has developed extensive expertise in managing acute and chronic conditions, end-of-life care, and sub-acute rehabilitation. Her background includes providing medical directorship for long-term care and rehabilitation facilities, managing hospice care to ensure comfort during end-of-life transitions, and offering home-based primary care.

Jessica is passionate about fostering trust and understanding with her patients and their families, ensuring each patient receives care tailored to their unique needs. She remains committed to improving patient outcomes and enhancing their quality of life through evidence-based care and empathetic support.
